Travel
There is limited parking onsite so we advise car-pooling or getting a taxi from your hotel as there’s nowhere near to walk from without restrictions. We encourage nearby teams to park individually at The Trafford Centre Car Park (M17 8AA) where there’s free parking all day & evening, and then all jump in one car five minutes down the road to The Lighthouse Church.
Registration
Doors open at 9am on Monday for registration before a 10am start. Bring your booking confirmation (printed or phone) and we’ll check you in and pass you a lanyard to wear whilst on-site.
Food and Drinks
Refreshments will be available for free in coffee breaks. There is a cafe on-site at Lighthouse Church which will be open for purchases of snacks and drinks but for main meals please go off-site or bring a packed lunch. Local eatery options:
• McDonalds / Subway at West One Retail Park (10 min walk)
• Nandos / Pret A Manger / Pizza Express / Cafe Rouge / The Botanist in Salford Quays (7 min drive)

Travel
We encourage delegates to travel by train / car to Gerrards Cross Station Car Park (SL9 8PP) for £8-£10 per day. Gold Hill have kindly organised a shuttle service from Gerrards Cross to LAUNCH. The shuttle will leave at 8:45am and 9:15am and return departing Gold Hill at 4:15pm and 4:45pm.
There is a small car park at St Peter’s Church (SL9 9RS) for around £4 for the day, opposite Gold Hill for those less able to travel but it will fill quickly and we cannot reserve spaces.

Yes, much of LAUNCH is located on the ground floor and there are lifts available to access the upstairs.
LAUNCH is not suitable for children and there is no childcare available. Babes in arms are of course welcome and changing/feeding spaces are available on site.
